Deadline for Submitting Reinsurance Fee Enrollment Counts Extended to Dec. 5

Entities required to pay reinsurance fees under the ACA generally must submit a contribution form reporting their enrollment count to HHS by Nov. 15 each year. However, on Nov. 14, 2014, CMS extended the deadline for 2014 enrollment counts until 11:59 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2014. The contribution form became available via on Oct. 24, 2014.
