StoudtAdvisors2 – A Second Generation Family-Owned Business
The StoudtAdvisors story has been one of continuous success and growth since Kenneth Stoudt founded the Lancaster-based firm in 1989. Back then, the small firm consisted of Kenneth, son David and one other employee. They embraced an entrepreneurial spirit and the belief those they did business with deserved a far-more in-depth approach with personalized, one-to-one benefit solutions. Their philosophy paid off, and today the firm has over 20 employees and a long list of clients in Lancaster County and surrounding areas.
As CEO and President, David is bringing StoudtAdvisors2 into its second generation of being a family-owned business. The formula for success hasn’t changed – it’s still about having a company culture that has passion and great commitment to our clients. This culture is what initially attracts many clients, both large and small, to StoudtAdvisors2 and keeps them customers for years. Our staff prides itself on sensitivity as much as savvy – they know exactly what you go through every day.

Ken has spent his entire career in the development and administration of employee benefit programs. As a former owner and CEO of several companies, Ken understands the healthcare insurance business both as an employer and as a benefits professional.
David K. Stoudt, Chief Executive Officer and President
David has dedicated his career to the employee benefit arena. He has served as an employee benefit manager for a large, national insurance company, and as the president of a third-party administration firm. David is the second generation of the Stoudt family to head up StoudtAdvisors2.
