David K. Stoudt, CEODedicating his career to the employee benefits arena, David serves as Chief Executive Officer of StoudtAdvisors. Previously he was an employee benefit manager for a large, national insurance company and also served as the president of a third-party administration firm. David graduated from Susquehanna University with a B.S. in business administration and is a member of the Self Insurance Institute of America, the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators, the Human Resource Management Association and the Lancaster County Business Group on Health. Daniel Day, CEBS, PresidentDan has a B.A. in Economics from Ursinus College and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) certification from Wharton and ISCEBS. Having run various divisions of insurance companies and brokerage firms throughout the US, Dan's experience in pulling people together in different disciplines bodes well for the team approach to selling and managing client's needs, both strategically and tactically. He is also a former board member of the local CEBS chapter, Self-Insured Institute of America and Benefit Advisors Network. Cynthia Patton, Senior Account ExecutiveCindy attended Millersville University and has been working in the employee benefits field for over 30 years. In the early years of her career, she worked for different insurance companies in various capacities. She then spent over a decade as an Account Executive for a Third Party Administrator. Kathy Holben, Senior Account ExecutiveKathy has a B.S. in Secondary Education and worked in the employee benefits field for over 25 years. Her career includes experience in human resources, working for a small insurance company, and thirteen years with local third party administrators. Marilyn Gehringer, Senior Account ExecutiveMarilyn has a B.S. in Psychology and a M.A. in Education. Karen Conley, Account ExecutiveKaren spent 20 years as an office manager for an interior design firm in Philadelphia and over 8 years as surgery coordinator for Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine practice in Wynnewood. Her belief is that all groups, whether large or small, deserve our highest level of customer service and attention. She is also very active in the community, on the fundraising committee at the Humane League of Lancaster, volunteer work at equestrian events and volunteer work/judging for Eagles Mere Crafts Festival. Rebecca McClure, Human Resource ConsultantRebecca is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of executive human resources experience. She is also a licensed attorney and has been practicing law in Lancaster and York Counties for over 18 years. In her top human resources executive and in-house counsel roles for York Federal and Wolf, Becky transformed each company’s human resources function from an administrative department to a key strategic partner providing value-added products and services to owners, senior management, and employees. Becky developed and implemented comprehensive compensation and flexible health benefits plans and performance management/employee development systems, provided legal counsel on and insured compliance with employment laws and regulations, drafted and enforced human resources policies, prepared effective, user-friendly employee handbooks, and spear-headed new wellness initiatives for both organizations. She graduated Cum Laude from Franklin & Marshall College in 1981 with a B.A. degree in Business and Psychology and received her Juris Doctorate degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1986. Shannon Clark, Wellness CoordinatorShannon obtained a Biology degree from Bucknell University and is a National Strength & Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer. She is also a Wellcoaches Certified Wellness Coach and has experience coaching face to face with employees in various workplace settings for health & productivity management and injury prevention with WCUSA. Her goal is to help clients develop and implement wellness initiatives and empower individuals in body, mind and spirit. Jodi Keller, Executive AssistantJodi has been with StoudtAdvisors for almost 30 years and serves as the Executive Assistant to Ken & David Stoudt. Susan Arnold, Client Services ManagerSusan has only been with StoudtAdvisors for about a year but has 10 years experience as a licensed insurance broker in employee benefits. She earned her Group Life/Accident/Health license in 1998 and obtained the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation from the Wharton School and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans in 2004. Prior to that, she held a variety of customer service management positions for 20 years. Her goal is to understand a client's needs/wants, then develop a plan that comes as close as possible to meeting those needs/wants and that good communication is essential to good customer service. Susan has been involved with the American Cancer Society's Daffodil Days for the past 7 years, serving as Chair of the local campaign for the past 3.
