Kenneth G. Stoudt, Chairman of the Board

Kenneth graduated with a B.S. from the University of Richmond. Founder and Chairman of the Board of StoudtAdvisors, Ken has spent his entire career in the development and administration of employee benefit programs. As a former owner and CEO of several companies, Ken understands the healthcare insurance business both as an employer and as a benefits professional.

David K. Stoudt, CEO

Dedicating his career to the employee benefits arena, David serves as Chief Executive Officer of StoudtAdvisors. Previously he was an employee benefit manager for a large, national insurance company and also served as the president of a third-party administration firm. David graduated from Susquehanna University with a B.S. in business administration and is a member of the Self Insurance Institute of America, the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators, the Human Resource Management Association and the Lancaster County Business Group on Health. Dedicated to civic and community activities, David is a board member of the Housing Development Corporation, Linden Hall School for Girls, and Luthercare.

R. Scott Labrecque, Vice President of Client Solutions

Scott has a B.S. in Business Administration from West Chester University. Prior to joining StoudtAdvisors, he started in training and development and was promoted to Regional HR Manager of a large regional financial institution. It is his belief that it is only as we develop others that we truly succeed. He also serves as a board member on the local CCRC Youth Soccer. Scott joined us in 2005.

Cynthia Patton, Senior Account Executive

Cindy attended Millersville University and has been working in the employee benefits field for over 30 years. In the early years of her career, she worked for different insurance companies in various capacities. She then spent over a decade as an Account Executive for a Third Party Administrator. Cindy joined the StoudtAdvisors team in 1994.

Kathy Holben, Senior Account Executive

Kathy has a B.S. in Secondary Education and worked in the employee benefits field for over 25 years. Her career includes experience in human resources, working for a small insurance company, and thirteen years with local third party administrators. Her philosophy is that you should always respond to clients the way you would wish to be treated. Kathy is a former Chairman of Lancaster County Business Group on Health. She came to StoudtAdvisors in early 1999.

Marilyn Gehringer, Senior Account Executive

Marilyn has a B.S. in Psychology and a M.A. in Education. In January 2002 she joined the StoudtAdvisors Account Executive team after being employed by a National Consulting firm for 11 years. She has been working in the employee benefits field since for over 25 years. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Humane League and a member of Lancaster Business Group on Health.

Kathy Herr, Small Group Account Executive

Kathy joined our team in 2012 with 22 years of experience with local third party administrators and benefits consulting firm. Her duties were various, including but not limited to claims analyst and reinsurance support. Her philosophy is to do unto others as you would have them do unto you and she is dedicated to assisting clients with their needs.

Connie Keares, Associate Account Executive

Connie has been us since 2007 but has 18 years experience as a Self-funded and Fully-insured Claims Analyst and Supervisor as well as a Client Service Representative and Account Executive. She has a B.A. in Social Work. She believes that simplicity translates to understanding, the client and member need to understand what they are receiving and what is available to them to allow them to make the best decision for themselves. Connie is an active member of the Penn Manor Marching Band Booster Club.

Paul Murray, Affiliate Broker

Paul, a life long resident of Lancaster County, graduated from Mercersburg Academy and attended Boston University. He is a graduate of several Professional Insurance Brokerage courses from Oberlin College and has over 30 years of experience as a Producer, Account Executive and Lead Generator. He is actively involved in the Rotary Club of Lancaster, Highland Church and the Elks Club.

James F. Devine, Esquire

JAMES F. DEVINE, Managing Partner of Devine Law Offices, is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Jim has successfully litigated employment cases since 1993. His broad range of experience allows him to provide his clients with effective analysis of the liability risks and costs associated with each case. Jim's expertise extends to include the interplay between the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and employment law concerns surrounding discipline and discharge and drug and alcohol abuse. Furthermore, Jim has extensive experience defending employers in EEOC and PHRC claims.

In addition to maintaining a full case load, Jim is a popular speaker, lecturing throughout the year on current employment law issues, such as discrimination, harassment, internet policies, and the maintenance of an aging workforce. Jim also provides in-house training for insurance carriers and specialized employers, such as hospitals, by keeping staff updated on case law and other issues resulting from legislative updates to the ADA, FMLA, EFCA, HIPAA and COBRA.

Jim is passionately committed to his family and his community, volunteering in church and youth activity leagues and serving on boards for non-profit and healthcare facilities. Jim is an active member of the Lancaster Bar Association, having served as chairman to the workers' compensation section, and is currently serving as Chairman of the Board of the Lancaster Bar Association Foundation. In addition, he is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations as well as various trial lawyer associations.

Shannon Clark, Health and Productivity Leader

Shannon has 10 years of experience helping people to live healthier lives. Shannon graduated with honors from Bucknell University with a degree in biology and is certified by WELCOA as a Well Workplace practitioner, by the National Strength & Conditioning Association as Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer, and by Wellcoaches as a Wellness Coach. She has experience as an advisor to employers, developing successful health and productivity strategies. In addition, she has experience working hands-on in the workplace, coordinating programs and coaching employees face to face in various settings for both health and injury prevention. Her goal is to help companies develop a healthy culture and a healthy bottom line. Shannon currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Lancaster County Business Group on Health and is a mother of beautiful twin daughters.

Deborah Patton, Technology Manager

Deborah is a Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) and has 15 years of IT experience as well as 15 years of customer service/inside sales experience in financial and manufacturing industries. It is her belief that all customers, internal or external, large or small, expect and deserve the same time and attention because to them, their issue is the most important one. Deborah has been with StoudtAdvisors since 1995.

Elaine has 26 years experience as a Claims Analyst & Administration and specialized in Medicare Training. She follows the philosophy that no act of kindness is ever wasted, no matter how small. She is also involved in international church mission work. Elaine joined our team in July 2007.

Jodi Keller, Executive Assistant

Jodi has been with StoudtAdvisors for over 30 years and serves as the Executive Assistant to Ken & David Stoudt. Her background and expertise includes accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. Responding to other people's needs is an important part of her life. She is an usher, nursery helper and on the Pastoral Relations Committee at her church and has served as church Treasurer for more than 20 years. She volunteers with the Lancaster Homeless Winter Shelter and Hospice of Lancaster County.

Tracy Evans, Quote Specialist

Tracy has an Associates in Science from Johnson & Wales University and has 13 years of experience as a Group Enrollment Specialist and specialized in Database training. She believes you can accomplish by kindness what you cannot by force. She is involved in Relay for Life, Red Rose Run and Rides for Charity. Tracy joined StoudtAdvisors in October of 2006.
