David K. Stoudt, CEODedicating his career to the employee benefits arena, David serves as Chief Executive Officer of StoudtAdvisors. Previously he was an employee benefit manager for a large, national insurance company and also served as the president of a third-party administration firm. David graduated from Susquehanna University with a B.S. in business administration and is a member of the Self Insurance Institute of America, the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators, the Human Resource Management Association and the Lancaster County Business Group on Health. Kathy Holben, Senior Account ExecutiveKathy has a B.S. in Secondary Education and worked in the employee benefits field for over 25 years. Her career includes experience in human resources, working for a small insurance company, and thirteen years with local third party administrators. James F. Devine, EsquireJAMES F. DEVINE, Managing Partner of Devine Law Offices, is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Jim has successfully litigated employment cases since 1993. His broad range of experience allows him to provide his clients with effective analysis of the liability risks and costs associated with each case. Jim's expertise extends to include the interplay between the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and employment law concerns surrounding discipline and discharge and drug and alcohol abuse. Furthermore, Jim has extensive experience defending employers in EEOC and PHRC claims. In addition to maintaining a full case load, Jim is a popular speaker, lecturing throughout the year on current employment law issues, such as discrimination, harassment, internet policies, and the maintenance of an aging workforce. Jim also provides in-house training for insurance carriers and specialized employers, such as hospitals, by keeping staff updated on case law and other issues resulting from legislative updates to the ADA, FMLA, EFCA, HIPAA and COBRA. Jim is passionately committed to his family and his community, volunteering in church and youth activity leagues and serving on boards for non-profit and healthcare facilities. Jim is an active member of the Lancaster Bar Association, having served as chairman to the workers' compensation section, and is currently serving as Chairman of the Board of the Lancaster Bar Association Foundation. Shannon Clark, Health and Productivity LeaderShannon has 10 years of experience helping people to live healthier lives. Shannon graduated with honors from Bucknell University with a degree in biology and is certified by WELCOA as a Well Workplace practitioner, by the National Strength & Conditioning Association as Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Personal Trainer, and by Wellcoaches as a Wellness Coach. She has experience as an advisor to employers, developing successful health and productivity strategies. In addition, she has experience working hands-on in the workplace, coordinating programs and coaching employees face to face in various settings for both health and injury prevention. Her goal is to help companies develop a healthy culture and a healthy bottom line. Shannon currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Lancaster County Business Group on Health and is a mother of beautiful twin daughters.
